Bodycam footage shows Florida deputies confronting a 30-year-old woman accused of nodding off in traffic and hitting another vehicle on July 10. Leesburg authorities said Courtney Moore allegedly caused over $1500 in damages to another driver’s truck. The Florida woman was pulled over outside a McDonald’s before officers asked her to perform sobriety tests. Moore, struggling to keep her eyes open, obliged and told police she had “been up all night.” She was arrested and charged with careless driving and DUI. Watch the incident unfold on this episode of Law&Crime BodyCam.

  1. Pretty sure I know what that bottle of pills is, and it does make you impaired, walking around with a zombie look on ur face..just like her. FAFO!
She’s nodding out while being searched. All bad

  2. I don't understand H. Why would you want to sleep when you're high? How do you feel high if you're sleeping? Makes no sense to me. Obviously, I've never done it.

  3. Even if she wasn’t DUI and was just that truly tired it is still a crime to drive! Clearly she is DUI but not sure it’s alcohol. Wonder if maybe heroin or something.

  4. Am I the only one that believes what this woman is saying? I've been severely sleep deprived before and how she is acting seems accurate. I really want to see a follow up with the blood test. Also, my interpretation does not excuse her actions. Being sleep deprived and driving is just as dangerous as being highly intoxicated. I just see a lot of people in the comment section assuming things that they don't have proof for.

  5. What's the big deal about the cop not telling Courtney how many kids she has? A lot, a lot, a lot…. Do you have a 5 yr old, Yes, a 4 year old, Yes, a 3 yr old Yes, a 2 yr old, Yes, a 1 yr old, Yes. Liar! I'll bet she doesn't have any kids!

  6. There it is 3:44 a drug addicts favorite excuse as to why they are falling asleep at inappropriate times 😂 "I've been up all night" or "I haven't slept in days" lmao

  7. She's def on H or Fent, She nods out for a bit then wakes up thinking she closed her eyes just for a second. I'd also wonder if she also had some benzos in her system, pretty common when using opiates. Either she's hooked so bad that she can't wait until shes home to use or left the house right after using. It's hard for people to quit so hopefully this points her in the right direction or at least gives her more of a reason to get clean or switch to suboxone. Sad
