Police got a call regarding someone being a passenger of a drunk driver. When police arrived at the scene, a woman hopped out of the back seat with the car keys saying she called the cops regarding her best friend driving drunk. When police tried to constrain her, the woman quickly became angry and started yelling and resisting police which later got her arrested.

I have to unsubscribe from this channel. They never finish their videos, just leave us hanging. Did the person give a breath sample? What were they charged with?? Other channels always do a wrap up but you guys just bail at the end.
First, LEO/Sgt (? How) appears to be immature or emo in that he got pulled into a jr high insult debate w/ a drunk arrestee – wtf? The LEO had an obligation to do at least a cursory check of driver regardless of a drunk passenger being the caller. And police cannot force a passenger to get in a vehicle with a possible DUI driver. And as a 911 caller & complainant due to fear of DUI crash, this makes her a victim, & this state has protections for victims, like being able to have complaints heard & not having to fear retaliation for the call, unless it was found to be completely unfounded. He didn't check driver so he now can't honestly say it wasn't. The LEO exposed the taxpayers to stupidly bad liability. Confusing how this played out.

That fact that cops go back and forth with these people is so unprofessional (talking about on the way to the jail). Clearly these people aren’t in their right minds and they continue to act like them and argue back.
Whether yall agree with what she did or not. The officer didn’t have a reason to detain or arrest her. I bet this case got thrown out. She can’t resist if the officer didn’t have a reason to arrest her.
