According to the linked article, the listed felony charges are first-degree aggravated vehicular homicide, third-degree endangering children, first-degree involuntary manslaughter, and reckless homicide. As well as misdemeanor charges of endangering children and driving under the influence. She had 7 kids all up. 6 now…

13. Im 28 and struggled with an addiction to opiates for a few years. It's such a nasty disease, my addiction stemmed from breaking my arm in a car accident. I don't have kids but my substance abuse worried those around me constantly. I got clean in 2022, I'm over 2 years sober and am constantly grateful I seeked help in NA (Narcotics Anonymous). I worked a program and got a sponsor. Watching videos like this reminds me to pray constantly for those in active addiction.

    Judges, DAs, and politicians are not tough enough, and we are the ones who put them in office. There is absolutely no excuse.

    That little 7 year old girl didn't even have a seatbelt on!!
    I'm glad the 5 year old survived.
    I'm not sure if it is shock or because she is drunk but the calm way she is taking the field sobriety tests is very eerie.
    Now there are 6 siblings with no parents. (Dad died of cancer) mom is likely headed for prison.
    I hope all the kids get into decent homes.

32. I was just thinking I couldn’t balance on one leg even 100% sober! But I don’t understand why they don’t just do a drug wipe. That’s what police do in the UK. I don’t know how she’s going to live with this. It’s probably going to make her drug problem worse, hopefully they will put her kids into foster care and she won’t get them back.
