Bodycam footage shows a New Mexico police officer conducting a traffic stop on an off-duty deputy on January 1 due to suspected impairment of the driver. When the officer approached the vehicle, they reported smelling the odor of alcohol coming from inside the car. The officer then asked the driver to exit the vehicle to perform field sobriety tests.

The driver, identified as Adrienne Seay, informed the officer that she was a deputy in Bernalillo County. The footage captures Seay’s performance during the field sobriety tests, which the officer stated she did not pass. Following the incident, Seay was charged with DWI, and she has since pleaded not guilty to the charges. The case is ongoing, and the legal process will determine the outcome based on the evidence presented.

  1. She seems rather depressed and down in the basement..

Sad and a shame that alcohol is all too often the tempting devil.

The price of being tempted to save a few dollars by driving under the influence is so much higher than the dollars it would cost to take a taxi.
Now she sadly gets another case that will trouble her for many years .. And lost police career.

  2. It’s a good thing I never drink and drive, and hardly drink at all. But stone cold sober I could not walk heel to toe or stand on one leg because I have broken both ankles several times and have equilibrium problems

  3. They are trying to get Scott Peterson (the most obviously guilty murderer of all time) off. Don't donate, downvote ALL THEIR VIdeos

  4. She's not worried about the coming slap on the wrist. She'll get light consequences in court and from her P.D. Chief. Above the Law again!

  5. Obviously they didn’t do the eye test with that light, or we would have seen her face but now I understand why the Officer didn’t show her face initially, it was that he was completely saddened by her behavior and that she was going to be arresting an Officer that was supposed to be upholding the law, which he took seriously. Good on him for being an Officer that takes his job seriously and holds himself to a high standard of Law. Now that she has failed the test, her face is visible she is just keeping it down.

  6. Dang, her homies didn't tell her where the DUI checkpoints were gonna be on her night off??? That's messed up. JK-don't drink and drive.

  7. Thank you officer for doing your job and treating this cop the same as you would a citizen. I highly repect cops who know hwo to do their jobs and uphold the laws and the rights of citizens.

  8. I Saw your face we all know you were trying to hide! You should of kept looking down while you stood then we would not seen it
