Bodycam: Ohio Man Kidnapped Woman, Held Her Prisoner in Garage, Police Say

1. This is so hard to watch. Protect and serve? This poor girl.

2. Someone please tell me these Copa were reprimanded at the very least.

3. I get that they found this poor girl but I can't help but to get upset at how all them cops are outside laughing over and over when she could have been killed while they were outside.

4. Should have added incompetent, bumbling. Surely only in America could such incompetence exist! I am incensed by the lack of humanity displayed by these men. Totally unqualified for their role.

6. I’m very pro police but this makes me mad. Not one of these guys has a sister or daughter that could make just one of them warm and sympathetic to what she endured. Plus, the lack of urgency to rescue her. This could act as a training video of things not to do, or ways not to behave, when rescuing someone kidnapped. Geez, how about pulling a rescue blanket out of their trunk and cover her. She is obviously cold!

I went threw something like that and rightaway fire department ambulance men gave me comfort and assured me they was going to go looking for him thereselfs I was almost naked with duck tape on my face stuck in my hair damn I know she is damaged I’m sorry this world is so cruel thankful for the neighbor speaking up

25. These officers did a great job. This woman does not want any physical touch at this time. You hear one of them say Oh, and all of them are a bit kinder with her once they’ve seen her. Touch is not a comfort when you have come from this.

29. Poor lady! She is literally stumbling, hungry, thirsty and disorientated and nobody tried to help her walk. That is so sad! I feel so bad.

The owner seemed highly concerned for this womans safety & even told them to break the door down to get to her… Instead they proceeded to talk and laugh amongst themselves wasting time while not taking the severity of the situation into consideration. She could have been dying from a head injury or bleeding to death for all they knew but decided to take their time anyways?!
