Lifeguards say she was pulling them back into the water as they tried to climb out but boys say she was trying to pull them to her crotch, she said she was drowning and I guess saying she was going to drag them under to climb on them like a drowning animal would. Lifeguards were likely flirting with each other and not watching closely.

49. Suddenly thinking back to when I was about 7 or 8 and two teenage girls were dunking kids under the water in the wave pool at six flags. I saw them doing it to a group of kids and just thought they knew them and were playing around. Then I felt someone hold me under, and I thought they just did it by accident. They did it again and I cried told them to stop and they said "What are you going to do about it you little dork". All the lifeguards did was kick them out, police totally should have been called.
