A woman who had just left a concert in Pennsylvania was arrested for DWI in New Jersey. The woman was spotted on body camera footage trying to change her tire outside of a Target store just after three in the morning. When she took a breathalyzer test, she allegedly blew about twice the legal limit.

The woman appears to be a nice young lady who made a major mistake drinking and driving. She could have killed someone. That said and considering every case is different I don't think posting this video of her traffic stop and arrest that will humiliate her serves a purpose.
