Bodycam: Woman Throws Tempter Tantrum During Arrest, Says She’s Been ‘Talking to the President’

A woman in New Mexico was arrested after police received a call that someone was chasing down another person with a baseball bat — and that one of the people involved in that bizarre situation was caught breaking into a home. Carlsbad police took a woman named “Chloe” into custody where she resisted arrest, called nurses “b**ches,” told officers they were “f **ckin r*t*rded,” and claimed she had been talking to the president.
