If you have been following this story then you would know the police believe that Joseph Ryan was only a victim and not the killer. They have constantly said this from the start publicly. Cases like this are complicated, I believe one way or the other Brandon will be arrested and charged with two counts of murder at the right time. Why not do more research Law&Crime? Knife play is not the same as blood play by the way, and he had no criminal record what so ever.
