He was involved in a conspiracy to cover up a possible crime, tampering with evidence, falsifying a report, etc., they would have thrown the book at us, but since he's the chief they charge him with something that they will later claim he's not guilty of to let him off..

West Viginia, possibly the poorest state in the union, possibly the most corrupt. It seems like there is always a correlation between poor states, counties, governments of any kind and corruption. Lack of education and good ol boy attitudes seem like part of it.

I was sitting in the district court in Polson Montana years ago and saw this female prosecutor exposing himself to eight sheriff deputies behind her ,… I just thought to myself ,.. this is who I'm dealing with ' ? mentioned this on utube and someone else went and found the video footage ,… She ( the judge ) took an early retirement
Nothing shocking here, the privilege families got special treatment all the time in the south Chicago suburb I grew up in all the time. Pretty sure it is the same way here in Indiana and likely most everywhere else, power corrupts.
Let me see any reasonable suspicion here? The giggling cop knows she is impaired but is weak in front of his boss. All involved here are corrupt the officer, sheriff and prosecutor. They all should be held accountable but I will bet they investigated themselves and found they did nothing wrong.
