Wild idea. In a case so major, shouldnt the judge approve the surveys before theyre sent out?? And give both sides a chance to argue?
So from the beginning why did the cops say they have proof of Bryan stalking the victims?
I so wish for Ann Taylor to become Mr. Miu's lawyer when he appeals.
What's really interesting is his so called "alibi". He was driving around looking at the moon and the stars. Yeah, right? This guy is as guilty as sin. I have to give his attorneys credit for their strategy, though. They are earning their hourly rate. If he gets off, it's going to be a feather in their cap.
There is now way this BK will have a fair trial. He has already been tarred and feathered by the public.
What an odd way to phrase the question about the cost, that it is grim to talk about in relation to the 4 victims, almost implying that ''they'' are the reason for the cost, when it is the murderer who is the cause of the cost, and proving who the murderer is and holdong them accountable, is in the public interest.
Arguing about the validity of surveys…. Well… they are just surveys…
Bryan Kohberger is cooking on a Food Network Show. You want to be a judge, In order to be be one of the deciding judges you have to answer a questionaire about the celebrity killers.
On the Questionaire it says:
"Bryan's favorite dish is Filet Mignon" – This statement is false
Wouldn't this create some type of bias? They start talking about their favorite dishes and I know you're thinking Filet… or They say something about filet and you associate Bryan.
Since when is information okay for George and possible jurors just because it's public? I'm pretty sure they make sure those chairs aren't reading public information what other information would they be reading

Going out driving late at night is no big deal, but why would your phone be off at that exact time the murders took place.
I'm appauld at how this Judge has allowed this case to gone on..he is not even considering the victims and their families. He seems to be placating to Koberger. Koberger needs to get on with it. He is the one contaminating the jury pool.

The questionnaire doesn't taint prospective jurors. The process was tainted due to the spreading of false information and certain family members spewing their personal conviction throughout media.

I think he’s innocent. A case like this would be way to cut and dry. There’s way more to it and this county definitely fudged the whole thing now it’s turned into this whole mess and the actual culprit is going to be out free.
