The Prosecutor's case blew up in their faces this week during the Hearing to Compel. Turns out Kohberger is most likely innocent per his cellphone data.
Brian us INNOCENT! The deeper you dig you will see he is a fall guy but you fake news channels have already judged him even though no DNA shows he did this. Its shameful that a channel like you treat Bryan as if he was already sentenced. Stop talking about him as if he was guilty!!! He has not been proven guilty!!

I order Kohberger to look more creepier.
Kohberger needs to refute why his DNA was found on the snap on the knife sheath left at the crime scene by the killer, aka himself. Phone records, star gazing charts and cell towers don't mean anything with that key piece of evidence left at the crime scene.
Isn't the prosecution's main evidence the phone records?

Bryan Kohberger behaves like a movie star! He dreams of an OJ Simpson-style acquittal. This is also USA. The American dream! Justice seems to have forgotten the students brutally killed by Bryan Kohberger! All that matters in 2024 is Bryan Kohberger and his well-being. Bravo to American justice which produces such monstrous criminals.
Afterwards they wonder why this monster Christopher Gregor dares to have a killer look at the prosecution during the trial when he knows very well that he is being filmed! Are you still wondering why more criminals are so bold and brazen in their crime and attitude? The answer lies in the American judicial system which is more than tolerant! And why should justice do otherwise as long as it ONLY concerns the taxes of honest citizens! Dishusting!

They will use a witness just to put doubt on the jury, not to say that the witness saw him in any particular place or doing. is just a trick.
He and his attorneys have NOT suggested that he was “stargazing “ on the night/morning of 11/13/22. They were explaining what he does this regularly. His expert will be able to prove he wasn’t anywhere near the house that night.
Do you have a witness where ever you go on any specific day and time? Definitely not.
I’m sick of this “guilty narrative “ of all news media. Many of you are irresponsible and dangerous to anyone’s presumption of innocence and a fair trial. Shame on you.

So…the two other students did not hear anything, and they did not call police (until after the crime scene was cleaned up) and they won't talk now. They saw someone, and didn't check on their roommates, but called police (after the crime scene was sanitized). They won't talk (afraid of death threat from Frat Boy team that did the murder). No blood evidence on Brian or his vehicle, clothing, etc. That is amazing. Phones don't necessarily transmit a signal if they are out of range, as in a canyon or boonies. The two students MUST be interrogated. They are in on the murders, covering up, or are being threatened by FRAT BOYS gang.
The prosecution must also consider asking for additional stars photographs to the defense for the last two years before the murder trial. It may be possible would accept as an alibi.
Horrible story..but something doesn't sit right with this whole thing….what's the motive? And how did the other 2 people in the house not hear anything? One of the strangest cases
