10. For a case in which the prosecution and Police claim is a slam dunk against Kohberger, this is not looking like what is claimed. The prosecution should be turning over everything to the defense. At this juncture, there are gaps and the beyond a reasonable doubt standard is not met. The Motion for Change of Venue needs to be granted given the publicity and nature of this case. This Judge is not reacting to the exculpatory evidence. It is one thing to appear impartial; another to subtly favor the prosecution. Lastly, the defense not the prosecution decides if evidence held by the prosecution is relevant.

His DNA is on the knife sheath lying next to a victim (one of the strongest types of DNA matches too), cell tower data puts him in the area at the time of the murders, he messaged one of the victims over DM prior to the attack, he’s a known incel/known to be misogynistic, roommate reported she saw a man that looks just like him, he was caught throwing evidence out in the middle of the night at his parents house. Need I say more? Y’all are wild. This is not an innocent or guilty case as his attorneys know. This is a life or death penalty case.

My son is a detective and stated for those murder to be done in the manner in the time frame the prosecution claims, it would require a professional killer use to using knife. 26. The two survivors are not telling all. No way you’re going to hear something going on in your house then lock yourself in your room and go to sleep. Then wake up the next morning discover your roommates dead, blood everywhere and don’t call police until noon? But call your friends and let them come over?
