Agreed , big. Mistake about the house
This whole thing is a setup!!
Court is bs why cant the get all the evidence dudes lifes on the line.
The lawyers are protected ? From crimes
He doesn’t have privacy or deserve privacy as the main suspect in this horrendous crime.
This judge is a chicken little POS, there is no justice.
Octillion times means nothing!
This kind of familial dna was used in 1996 and convicted a man who was never at the crime scene? But they said it was his dna, but it wasn't And it was in the state of Idaho? Keep that in mind, and he was exonerated, but how much did tbis guy lose? And this happened in the state of Idaho
Not Guilty!
Massive investigation? Ran by a cop with little to no homicide experience, clearing people faster than a f-15, letting people trample the crime scene and then demolishing it. FBI playing defense at every turn and not showing their work.
He’s got Charlie Manson eyes …gives me the creeps
What about the other 2 males’ DNA on the sheath?
Anybody know what his motive was ? Besides him ?
I don’t understand why this is even an issue, they’ve already been catching perpetrators this way, most famously the Golden State killer.
Hard foe me to believe that kid could do it house full of hides getting grub hub at 4.12 am no 911 call hid in your room all stinks
Great work on kohberger
So sad. Drugs, fraternities, security are an issue in the case. I figured that he would get off, cos there's a contaminated crime scene, for one. I don't think that they should have torn down the structure this early in the game. The fact that this police was allegedly inexperienced in this sort of situation or allegedly inept in this case is a detriment and scary. situation
Well I don't understand y the ppl that get killed is y they say how good they was an great ppl they never say nothing bad boit them at all I'm not saying it's right for somone to kill somone but there are reasons If he knew where to go into house means he probly at one ot then party's they had at the house an maybe they could have bullied him or did somthing to him an he couldn't take it an killed them its kinda like a school shooting the ones that kill others they act like they didn't do anything to the person that is being charged for murder how good they was but again not one thing bad to say bout the victims just all bad bout the one that acted out in the crime is the bad person here an don't every have anything good to say bout them anytime thete is a killing as far as schools go I think them kids was bulley them cause as all of us wen we was kids we all got picked on we just dealt with it
That’s a nonsense argument. If the police performed an illegal search of my fathers house, and found evidence that incriminated me, you wouldn’t say that because only my fathers rights were directly breached, the evidence was valid – it would be fruit of a poisoned tree.
Imagine how many innocent people locked up for life or guilty walking around free in the U.S. Justice system is a joke.
