  1. Omg what is he saying? Did you hear him? Moving bodies and moving sheets? Panicking bcuz maybe the killers still there? And 2to3 hours to call 911? And if you notice he didn't make a mistake saying two to three hours till they call 911 I don't think because he said it took two to three hours more than I don't think that was a mistake. I think that 8-9hr till 911 call isnt true. This man is telling us some of what actually occured! Y'all this man is giving us little bits of the info about that morning. Im watching this again! Hes got some information. Did you hear wut he was sayin? I don't know who he talked to or who he knows but we need to really listen to what hes letting us know.

  2. Please someone educate me. I’m not a lawyer or law student but I’m interested in law so take my analysis with a grain of salt but please correct me. I don’t see any evidence against this man. They seem to have two pieces of “evidence”. 1. A knife sheath found at the scene with his dna on the snap. Well, they haven’t identified the murder weapon, so I’m not sure what the knife sheath is evidence of. They haven’t established when the sheath was introduced into the house. How do we know it wasn’t there before the murder since it hasn’t been identified as belonging to the murder weapon? The sheath doesn’t necessarily link him to the house, but let’s say it does, it still doesn’t link him to the crime. 2. The tower ping. To my understanding it’s not exact location and is a 3 mile radius. So, if pinging off of that tower around the time of the murder makes you a suspect, then how many other phones pinged off of that tower at that time, and how many owners were cleared? They seemed to have added up two loose connections and presented it as a smoking gun.

  3. Why is it so difficult to solve this case? Just test DNA and if it match, instantly put him in jail. Why does it has to be dragged out?

  4. The University was going to tear the house down before the school year was over… I'm surprised it was even a thought! …It just didn't make sense, because the evidence needs to be Readily available if jurors should want to see it, as they did in the recent Murdaugh case… And another question, why does the defense need More Time to secure an alibi for Kohlberger? It has been 1 year since this tragedy. I would say if you don't have any alibi by now, then you aren't going to get one. Let's be reasonable, and stop letting him manipulate the system like he has done with people he has encountered in college, in restaurants, etc.

  5. I mean, if you're gonna report on something you could at least get it right. The trial wasn't delayed because the State argued they needed more time. It was delayed because Kohberger waived his right to a speedy trial.

  6. For such horrible murders, you would think the university would give police as long as they wanted in that house… if the university really cares about solving the case and getting justice for 4 of its students….

  7. What i picked up from a program called ‘side bar’ is the knife cover was left at the crime and the knife was with him..then someone said about a clean up before police arrived but my own thoughts are more to do with landlord tried a clean up but it was to much so he give it to school and is to be demolished..

  8. Kohberger has been the house before scouting it. He knew where everyone slept. The over night guests had to surprise him. So he had to kill them.

  9. Praying for Justice for these 4 students, I can’t believe it’s been a year almost . I remember hearing bout this crime last year and it definitely draw my attention .. 💔 I don’t even know them but it doesn’t feel right with them not here ! They deserve Justice !!!

  10. This sounds like the prosecution is weak on actual evidence against Kohberger and want to use a 3D video to drive home their theory in place of actual evidence. If the judge allows this video in I wouldn't be surprised if the case is overturned on appeal if it's a guilty verdict. The theory being a 3D production video filled with hypothesis, suppositions and accusations confused the jury as to what was actual evidence.

  11. Well that sounds fishy. Why do they only give them two days. Should give them as long as they want, to be able to be as accurate as possible.

  12. AND the university planned on demolishing this house!? Ridiculous. It was supposed to be demolished months ago. Think of all the possible evidence they could of disposed of by doing this. Not to mention bringing a potential jury INSIDE the home in the future.
Now the university is restricting the police entry? I don’t understand.

  13. So the only dna is a trace dna, and the other girl in the house said she seen someone that looks like kolberg but didn’t call the police til 11am. Very fishy
