Bryan Kohberger’s defense team submitted an alibi from the accused killer on the night four University of Idaho students were killed. Public defender Anne Taylor claims Kohberger was out for a late-night drive November 13. Court documents show Kohberger’s phone pinged multiple cell towers between Moscow and Pullman that night. Kohberger stands accused of brutally stabbing four college students to death in their off-campus home. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie and Brian Buckmire break it down. 1. how do you like that alibi? that he likes to often drive around middle of the night alone.
    pretty weird and very convenient.

i mean lawyers gotta say something. i never envy defense lawyers.

  2. "Out driving"!? Oh yeah, 11 or 12 times before the final drive.
4 lives were lost, that's tragic enough but imagine how many lives were saved by catching him.
That's how serial killers are being born. The guy fantasised about killing someone. He wanted to know what it is like to murder a person. And from the very beginning I kept on saying that it was targeted. He knew exactly whom he wanted to kill. Those 11 or 12 rides before the killings tell you that. Social media or personally, I had a feeling that he bumped into those two girls somehow. Now combine a serial killer in the making with fascination turning into hatred towards one or both girls and you have the answer why it all happened.
    Poor kids, RIP😢

  3. This Prosecutor's team is brilliant they waited for an indictment to grand jury!
    When this happens
They will not release any DNA sequence records or any records that the defense requested. His defense team will not be in the court room when grand jury is present. DNA is now sealed as evidence for the grand jury to investigate. It's up to the prosecutor and Grand jury to complete this trial. The prosecutor will have to get him on the stand!

  4. Of course he was out driving the night of the murder. He drove to the house. He murdered the people. He drove away from the house and continue driving getting rid of the things he needed to get rid of and doing things he thought he needed to do.☘️🤘🇺🇸⚡️⚡️

  5. When you see how the Weaponized government and the biased courts have gone after Donald Trump, it makes me think that maybe this man is innocent, because he really cannot trust the American system of Justice to be fair.

  6. This is why having money for good lawyers helps 💀 This public defender just helped the prosecution and did so because they couldn’t think of anything else to say! He’s absolutely toast, figuratively, and hopefully physical soon!

  7. I miight be repeating because I can't find my last post. Sorry, if I am.
Anyway, just a point. You DO NOT need DNA to convict. Thousands have been convicted of crimes with circumstantial evidence alone. DNA is a relatively new science, only perfected within the last 40 or so years. It definitely helps to have physical evidence, but in many cases you have enough circumstantial evidence, including digital evidence now-a-days to convince a jury of someone's guilt. So, no one should be saying they don't have enough DNA. They don't need it to convict. This case involves a lot of other evidence. Personally, I'm looking forward to hearing what it is. These beautiful children deserve justice. ❤❤❤❤

  8. One thing I keep thinking about: DM heard some speaking and crying. Why weren't these victims SCREAMNG at the top of their lungs for help? Maybe the girls upstairs didn't have time to scream, but if Xana was crying because of what was happening to Ethan, why wasn't she, at least, screaming her heart out? Of course, there are probably good reasons, and we may never know, but this bothers me. I just don't get it. RIP to these beautiful children. Having lost a son and only child at the age of twenty-four, my heart feels the pain of the families. May they get justice. And, may they some day find some amount of peace. It's a daily struggle. 😪😪😪😪 ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  9. The media will automatically make you guilty in the court of public opinion! Instead of waiting for a trial. But we gonna make him guilty of how we feel. God have mercy on you people soul's

  10. If it was a routine drive, then he would more likely than not know where he was on that particular night, correct? I mean it's a routine. Or is he implying that he has a random routine, where he just goes wherever he feels at that moment? On a Saturday night? Late at night?
