  1. I still think it was more than one person involved and as bloody and violent the crime was, how did the murder leave without leaving a trial of blood or shoe prints? And all four were murdered in a very short time. I think the main reason they demolished the house was because the donors saw it as bad publicity and probably threatened to pull their money out.

  2. Hey law n crime ,just found out that Dillon says she frozen ok but once you move you r no longer frozen n she should have done the right thing n call 911 but instead waited ,uh ??? Called her friends n cleaned up ??? That's a lot of quilty trying to cover up .
    I know I froze before but once I moved I wasn't still n frozen mode !!!!😮

  3. Prosecution hasn't responded to a lot if things. I think because they don't have a lot of the right answers either. I think they got this all ready and they don't care if he did it or he didn't they just want a win and to look good.

  4. i expect those students were not as wholesome and as innocent as media and family would like you to believe. I vehemently do not condone the murders. students are usually trouble in any town /,city. disrespectful of the calm of the permanent residents

  5. I think just as a lay person but the prosecution is playing a dirty game duh that’s not new but going the route of the grand jury is forcing the. Law to take their side because the defenders doesn’t get a say? So where is fairness.

  6. I'm not the brightest crayon in the box , but I will say in any case the state should provide
All the evidence And information on how they got there to him or others in any case. I've had a family member murdered and even tho everything pointed to someone I still want information to be shown to the defense because if we are honest we do have a flawed legal system, and before anyone gets cray cray on the comment section. I'm not saying this is the case but there are innocent people in jail. So provide everything the truth will come out

  7. Bethany has a very different story to tell. Prosecution left her out of the pca because it's completely different to Dylan's statement. They don't want BETHANY speaking!!! It's obvious DYLAN is probably involved and should be a suspect imo

  8. If the defence had exculpatory evidence they’d be pushing for this trial to go ahead and catch the prosecution out. Why give the state more time to prepare if you are already able to prove your clients innocence?

  9. The distopian future is here and surely there's a way to record everyones last moments that get securely housed for retrieval under certain circumstamces. Contact lenses or some type of brain chip inserted at birth? Whatever it is, the eyes & ears somehow record what happened to the person..

  10. Cellphone data is interesting. I however question the methods the prosecutors teams go to "break-in" to cellular device's. It seems every case nowadays hinges on Cellphone data. When the cellphone is owned by the criminals and it is locked, How is it not a crime for the investigation teams to break into the cellular device's?
Could they solve crimes w/o this data? I'm just curious how these acts are justified.

  11. The difference between "Probable Cause" and "Beyond a Reasonable Doubt" is that Probable Cause must be met to indict someone and Beyond a Resonable Doubt must be determined to convict someone and is solely for the jury to decide! NO Grand Jury has ever conviced anyone, nor has any Jury ever indicted anyone! The Defense must be either insane or they are allowing BK to run the show. This smoke and mirror game will not succeed! Move this case forward and sanction the Defense for filing frivilous motions!!! This is insane and a complete violation of Judicial Economy and Tax Payers Money!

  12. The survivors need to be interrogated. Something is going on with this case that they aren’t telling us. No one waits 8 hours to call 911 unless they’re worried about guilt.

  13. If the FBI accessed DNA web sites that forbid use by law enforcement, then IDing Kohberger through such means could be poisoned fruit. This may be why the FBI "erased" all electronic records of their IGG work, thus allowing the local keystone prosecutors to say they don't have any IGG documentation to hand over to defense.

  14. It's a s-t-r-e-t-c-h this trial would ever begin in October. You would be lucky to see a jury seated by October 2024. As far as the Grand Jury, by a majority vote unlike a trial, the GJ decides if there is probable cause to confirm the charges? Idaho law? The Defense saying an indictment needs to be beyond a reasonable doubt that's for a trial, Jesus read the damned U.S. Constitution. A state that would allow execution by a firing squad, in 2023? You can't be serious. This case is a circus now. Let's not forget; he butchered 4 kids with a knife.

  15. @ 10:00 – I get it that the defense wants to know how the state arrived where they did based on the family tree genetic match. Regardless of how they got to that point, if being led to Bryan, and HIS DNA is a direct match, I don't see why it matters how they got to him unless they broke laws doing it.

  16. I can’t understand why on earth they wouldn’t have run the DNA evidence for the other three unknown males. How on earth is that a thorough investigation? Especially considering that one of the DNA profiles was extracted from a glove at the scene. At the very least provide the profiles to the defense and let them do your work for you, prosecutors and police. 🤯 That alone makes it difficult to place much trust in the competence of the police force and prosecution. Some may look at it as though they had the media and university breathing down their necks to find someone to blame, and they, a small town police force in over their heads, (may have) made huge mistakes in a rush to name someone or may have even knowingly fudged evidence to fit their theory.

I also read that they weren’t able to find a drop of DNA from any of the victims in Brian’s car or home. How could he have committed such a brutal slaying and not had any transfer take place? Not even a speck? Seems almost impossible.

The search warrant for his apartment listed a knife sheath as an item to be collected from his apartment. If they had a knife sheath with his DNA, why would they be looking for another one? Odd.

The last thing that still does not add up to me is the massive delay between the other roommates finding their friends murdered and calling the police. I believe it was 8 hours? They sent snapchats and had friends to the house before calling police? Thats a massive time window for others to come in and out, and for scene contamination.

On the flip side, his cell GPS data is really difficult to make sense of. It doesn’t look great for him. I am curious whether or not the defense has been able to pull additional gps data to prove that he simply drives around in that area regularly, and the gps data from that night is his norm route.

As with everyone else, I feel for the victims families and want to see justice served. I just hope they have the right guy. So many things aren’t adding up. That said, I know that we don’t know everything yet. All of my points above are based on info I watched or read about on the internet. I recognize that’s not the most reliable resource for factual information. If Brian is guilty, of course I hope that he is found guilty.

I just hope he’s not found guilty because the jurors have already decided, based on what the media (the Nancy Graces of the world) have been saying and/or he’s labeled guilty simply because he’s a nerdy “weird” guy. IMO, he may be on the spectrum somewhere and is a bit of a loner, that doesn’t make someone a murderer. It would be an awful tragedy if another innocent person lost their life. In this moment, if all of the info I have above is factual, I can’t fathom any reasonable person saying that they’re confident beyond a reasonable doubt that he’s guilty.

  17. We would all be cheering the igg family tree stuff if it was a 20 year cold case solved. Stop crying about it for a present case. Possibly a serial killer has been stopped.
