No warrant, fourth amendment rights violation. Can be taken straight to Federal court. That's what I did. A Federal court judge stated that the MSP will not get qualified immunity.
True must go back to state court but with this in hand gives a more powerful statement. No warrant, when they came and subsequently got a warrant over six hours later. But that's not the only thing that happens. Had the signature analysis to make sure it was signed by the Magistrate. Per expert hand writing forensic analysis the warrant was forged.

So many people are right to say "don't open the door". If they want you that bad they'll make/force their way in, which gives you better ground (metaphorically & literally) to stand on.

I’m sorry if what I’m about to say sounds kind of…rude…but…I don’t understand why law enforcement officers are so out of shape..they should be required to stay at a certain weight kind of like our soldiers in the armed forces…what if they have to chase someone or tackle them etc…I think it’s rather disgusting to be honest…it’s ridiculous..

Being that the courts nearly always side with police as lawyers, judges and cops all work for the court and hold a oath to the court before they do the constitution, and their clients. Which also voids any oath to constitution and why they dont care about it hence the jolly roger flag hanging in court rooms with "fringes" to "infringe" on your rights because theyre void. Then you watch someone who is wrongfully imprisoned for however long and no consequences alongside the price most people cant pay for lawyers and court costs, and also the loss of wages, jobs, assets, ect. He legally would have been required to provide full name given the circumstances right? Wouldn't excuse them ripping him out of his house like this but I would think he'd be on the hook to provide more than just a first name when they asked.
