CA Cops Search Home After Man Applies for “AW” Registry (Video)

1. I'd like to see the text of the affadavit used to obtain this search warrant. The CA DOJ process talks about taking a picture of the finished assembly to record it's mechanical configuration. The application should have been approved WITHOUT a search warrant with the owner sending them pictures of the built firearm. I live in CA and this is not good.

2. My question is which law enforcement agency is doing this? Is it the ATF which is federal or California Department of Justice using the local police department to execute the warrant? This video is two years old and pre-NYSRPA v. BRUEN decision and you would think things are getting better here in CA. But NO, CA governor Newsom just recently signed a bunch of anti-gun legislations into law. This guy is a class act, not only he thumbs his nose at the 2A and BRUEN decision, he is introducing the 28th Amendment to congress for a constitutional convention. The 28th amendment (very unlikely to pass) will nullify the 2A.

9. No, it is tyranny to have uncontrolled people running around intimidating everyone else with their guns. It is not (and won't be) a good thing when everyone has to be armed at all times. Peaceful people have the right not to be threatened by wackos carrying guns into stores, sporting events, public transit, sidewalks in the business districts of cities and towns, schools, colleges/universities.
   We have the cops to keep people safe and violence down. If everyone is carrying a gun all the time, we won't need cops or laws. Anyone can and will be able to get justice for themselves by using their gun.
   Guns shouldn't be banned but there needs to be common sense laws to keep the public safe from gun wackos. This probably means you.

16. It's extremely sad that it wasn't that long ago that war was fought. They've done a great job of uneducating people in schools for the last 40 years. My dad was a Vietnam vet. He was very educated about real history. He made us memorize the constitution. He taught us right. He taught us our bill of rights and declaration. I've just bought those to teach my daughter. She needs to know. People are not standing together to fight this while they still have time. Everyone seems distracted or self involved or they don't want their lives to be disrupted. 26. I was at Walmart in California and was buying ammo . I came out to the cops wanting to talk to me. They ended up taking me down then confiscated my shotgun. Told me they wouldn't arrest me if I volunteered my gun to them.

    They were just hoping to get lucky. It was a "fishing expedition" warrant.

    So why would they hesitate for a moment to pull the same s##t on the former President?
