  1. This woman is a pathological liar 🤥 She says he came at her and grabbed her wrists and the gun went off, but he was shot in the back. 🙄

  2. I've heard of similar cases like this where the women on trial gets pregnant during her trial. I believe they do this intentionally hoping for a lighter sentence.

  3. Kills her husband? Gets pregnant while awaiting trial? Ruins the life of yet another child who won't have a parent? Can't remember where she disposed of the weapon? Withdraws tens of thousands of $ just before the killing? Her kids hate her? The justice system got this one right. Guilty.

  4. Hell of a way to go, to not only get shot to death by your own wife, but then your crime scene photo sent out to the world, is you lying face down on your bedroom carpet with a "1,000 sex games'' box practically on top of you.

  5. Wow, she's a total prize. It's an accident, but she was abused and also was planning to run away with all that money. Totally unrelated tho.

  6. Everyone gets frustrated. His yelling wasn't a violent scary I'm going to hurt you yelling. Even listen to the words he used. Who wouldn't be angry at a slob lazy horder that users prescription drugs like Tic Tacs, obviously not working and spending to much family money. More like a frustrated rant. He also was holding the kid. She was doing nothing but setting him up. Also on her way out she was stealing money. Should of been 1st degree murder. I feel bad for those kids! The father was the solid parent. She deserves every second behind bars. Shot in the back. Cold!

  7. People keep talking about her house being dirty, well, look at the big picture-you have a woman who has completely let herself and everything go. She’s gone from pretty to morbidly obese, home all day but house is a disaster, abusing medication…list goes on. All signs of depression. Maybe he was abusive, but not to the degree she’s is using to try and get herself off of murder. I was in an emotionally abusive relationship for 15 years with someone who is a “prominent member of society” in this county we live in. No one who didn’t live in my house would have ever believe he was capable of what he was. But I had 3 other people in my house who could vouch for me bc they witnessed it first hand. I would think her kids would have witnessed this abuse she claims if it was happening. Two of them were 6 & 8, plenty old enuf. Did they say they saw any abuse? Did she tell her friends of it? My mother, close family and friends knew of mine. Even my mother witnessed it. Plus I had texts, voicemails, and secretly recorded him often but my evidence was much worse than what they showed us she had. I dunno what to think except it doesn’t seem murder was even remotely justified here.

  8. Can you imagine her in jail trying to plead her case with other inmates about a cup of noodles or bag of Doritos? They ain't Gon hear her

  9. Yep, this one is in the right place ~~ prison ! How do parents do this to their children ? Leave them with no parents at all ? That’s why she is in the right place for 40 years ! Adults are bloody selfish ~~ we all have to ‘deal’ with stuff in our lives, most of us think of our children first and foremost, then we pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and start all over again ~~ keeping our beautiful children loved and safe. Hopefully with two parents. Different if a parent dies, but same applies about getting up and starting over. It’s usually about the money or an affair ~~ selfish adults. xoxox

  10. This is a tragic story and maybe Im small-minded, but WTF is up with that hoarder bedroom??? Ps if youre innocent, you dont act so incredibly defensive.

  11. I don't know the law and the specifics of how the justice system works in America for being Filipino but the western world invented categories of mental illnesses, personality illnesses and other psychological problems. Being said, why wasn't "battered wife syndrome" brought in this case?
