The saddest thing of all about this case…is that the mom kept hugging and talking to him on that dashcam video footage..before he went to his dad because she knew she wasn't going to see him again. I think she felt it. A Mama's intuition. That son of a bitch needs to rot in prison.

Social workers will continue to be reckless because there are no consequences for their actions or lack of follow up. Their excuse is always that they are overworked which means every case they look into is going to be mishandled. This situation has destroyed so many lives.
CPS isn’t to blame for this horrific situation, the father is. Fathers have just as much rights to the child as the mother. I agree 100% w/ the 50/50 joint custody. Mothers lie all the time on men (fathers) after a contentious custody battle and divorce. Children need to grow up and to be raised by both parents. Once an individual files for divorce, you have to be cognizant of the ramifications that will ultimately hurt the children with shared custody and disdain. Very tragic and senseless.

The killer is my cousin’s cousin. I used to visit my cousin in Whittier who was living in Andressian’s back-house. I’d go to blaze it and chill but I never actually met the man or boy. My cousin lived there for a few months only and once i was there we heard the man and woman arguing violently. My cousin told me his cousin was getting divorced and wanted full custody but didn’t get it. This is a story of wrath, possession, pain and suffering. Cases like these always make me scratch my head in wonder…how tf could anyone do such a thing? Its evil. God bless that little boy and his family. I hope that demon dad rots in prison and is violently dealt with by inmates.

Everyone in the comments blaming social workers or the courts… do y’all think this guy showed up to court and tells the judge that he planned to kill his own kid? You think maybe he was sketching the blue prints of his plan when the social workers were there with him and the kid? The mom obviously had no clue the dad was going to kill the kid or otherwise she wouldn’t have let the kid go with him court ordered or not, so how can you expect the social workers to know he was going to murder the kid?
