Bodycam footage sheds light on the ongoing feud between two neighbors that led to a deadly shooting on June 2. Fifty-eight-year-old Susan Lorincz stands accused of shooting and killing Ajike “AJ” Owens through her front door when Owens confronted her about an earlier altercation involving her children. The footage, from multiple incidents in the last year, shows Lorincz complaining to police about Owens’ kids playing on “her property” and calling her “Karen.” The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie has the details.

  1. Man, meanwhile i would have loaned the kids my skateboard and old ramp cuz im too out of shape to use it. Even if they broke it, itd be no big deal. Id much prefer to hear kids outside at night than anything else

  2. This is insane!! Lady your medical problems are being taken care of. Obviously, you take a lot of 💊. This is all about control, why couldn't she put in earplugs? She wants to dominate the
Her block 🚫 and have pure control over everyone.

  3. I'm 65 with 6 grandkids while I am not well myself, I love to hear kids playing football when my own youngest grandkids are gone home. As they live several hours away, it makes me remember how my 3 young grandkids play games when they stay with me. Horrible to think that a young mother lost her life and 4 young children lost a great mother by all accounts. Why???

  4. It sounded like the kids were cussing and throwing rocks, but later in the video it sounded like it was the lady cussing people out. Way too much drama. This was just horrible outcome. The cops did a horrible job at mediation and the neighbors just egged it on. The parents knew the lady was unsafe and yet they let the kids continue. I would have just told them to play somewhere else. It wasn't worth all the trouble and drama. The lady should have just moved to an area that was for the elderly. You can't just shoot people.

  5. Does this woman have no family at all?
How long has she been living there?
    Does she have a job?

She was definitey guilty of murder – definitely – and maybe she had mental problems.
    Was she on medication?

It’s too bad she couldn’t move to a little rental house out in the country and collect cats.

Now those four children don’t have their mother. Where is their father?

    Is there a grandfather?

They need the protection of a man.

  6. What I don’t understand is why the police let it get so far. She called 12 times in one day. She has obvious psychological problems! Why didn’t the police try to bring these people together, try to mediate. She needs help and empathy. And the rest of the neighborhood seems to be full of really nice people. They could easily be brought to understand that an invitation to come and talk about it over cup of coffee would have been better. She needs to feel that she is a part of the community and not be treated like a pariah. A little understanding and communication and AJ would still be alive today.
