Another example of a bad cop corruptly abusing the law to demand the person to get out of their car without RAS or PC to do so. He may be sanctioned, he may be charged and convicted of assault, his city may have to pay thousands of the public's money because of his power tripping ego and after all of that, he will still believe he was 100% right and is the victim.

Cop don't care about ppl , if ppl go missing they won't check the local waterways unless they have seen you go in , but many diff. civilian groups have found many missing ppl just checking the waters, it's a simple sonar and a jonboat, 1400 bucks maybe , they buy all the latest gadgets to put ppl away but couldn't give a crap about anything else, the waterways should be checked for stolen dumped cars every so often anyway, but nobody goes to jail so I quess they get no satisfaction.
