The Ohio woman accused of randomly stabbing a three-year-old child outside a grocery store in June had a run-in with Florida police two months prior. Bionca Ellis refused to leave a hotel and asked Osceola County deputies to arrest her because she had “nowhere to go.” Ellis appeared calm and compliant when placed into handcuffs. Ellis was released from jail in April and ended up back in North Olmsted before the alleged attack on three-year-old Julian Wood and his mother. Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner breaks it down.

Exactly why I say jail/prison should be a place where you have to work all day to pay for your cell, food, clothing, healthcare…., you don't get to sit in jail, watch TV, go to the gym, make money. This is a punishment! Punishments deter bad behavior, vote Republican, enough of this crap!
