I realize that this video is more than three years old, but why is there a sovereign citizen information thing attached to it? There is no sovereign citizen involved in this.
to file a complaint after the officer apologized as requested by auditor is cheap and a lie.

I would not have accept any apologies. Until law enforcement are held accountable they will continue to overstep their powers. File that complaint. They will violate somebody else.
This is one of those rare, positive, just perfect audits. And I have a lot more respect for this auditor and then for many others that go out and do this and seemingly want to poke the bear and the beehive for no real productive means.

I wonder if the captain was in the military, a good officer or military in high rank in power would know how to de-escalate a major problem quickly. Also, most military teaches constitutional rights due to foreign country and moving from one state to another. I learn mine along with my wife in Washington, D.C. and while traveling! Why is there even talk of filing a complaint? They had a deal.
Wannabe cops are soooo much worse that regular cops. And ACAB.
Depending on the area, becoming a CO is still easier than becoming a city, State, or county Police officer. When I was in the Army Reserves, there was someone that became a CO at a county jail, before they could become a County police officer.
