21. Listen a couple years ago a couple car jackers killed a toddler instead of letting him go…so to this man I say Thank You…thank you for thinking of someone other then yourself & doing the right thing…in that moment. So glad that family is safe.

22. Kidnapping wouldn't work because he was in the state of exigence he was in duress n it cannot be proven he definitely knew n intended to kidnap the children. However, he did the right thing by leaving the children outside although it was dangerous but still it shows he did not intend on kidnapping the children this is why in court it couldn't stick as state charges n any lawyer worth his or her salt can defend that charge simply because intent cannot be proven.
