  1. Cops like to act like they are all knowing, they are not, don't tell a cop that they will charge you with assault on a public servant😂

  2. 14:00 True, but the officer was shown paperwork from a court showing that the lights were, in fact, no a violation, and, despite wasting a bunch of time searching, could not produce any statute that contradicted what he was shown. I feel that, after that point, the officer was no longer being reasonable in his assumption. I feel that Mr. Chahbazian should have, at the very least, made a public complaint, if not a harassment lawsuit, against Fresno PD as this was a common occurrence.

  3. Like most power tripping cops, he got caught with actual evidence in the driver's favor so he now had to pin something on her. So typical of these losers. And if I kept getting pulled over for the yellow lights, I just go back to white. You don't need the harassment. But the cop then tries, once he's shown the law, to find another "crime" to pin in him. Again, another power tripping cop.

  4. The seat belt law came about as an excuse for law enforcement to pull people over; then they can start looking for other ways to screw you like planting drugs, say your drunk or whatever. It was never about “public safety” because if you don’t wear one you’re only harming yourself.

  5. i can tell you exactly why she was stopped. Nothing to do with seatbelt. it is because she is HOT. Cops when i worked back last century. all did this.

  6. California Vehicle Code 25950 states that headlights must be installed at a height of not more than 54 inches but not less than 22 inches. Section 25950 additionally mandates that all front lights should be in the white or yellow color spectrum.

  7. Most everyone removes the seatbelt it's a form of habit and muscle memory that has been engrained since childhood, as soon a the car hits parking gear the belt comes off. This is not a mistake but what is involuntary reaction by certain age!!!
