  1. The fact that cops can make up, guess or straight up lie about laws its nuts. Civilians shouldn't be required to know every inch of the law so that they don't get tricked or bullied into terrible situations by the people who are supposed to serve and protect them.

  2. lol these cops def wish they could hop in a Time Machine and go back to the times cameras weren’t around 😂 dirty cops get exposed so quick now adays

  3. “This is a bad neighborhood so I need to find out who you are”

So, do you know who that guy is? Do you know who that lady is? How about that guy? Oooo I hear that many crimes take place in home, have you searched all the homes in this neighborhood today. … that guy walking the dog looks suspicious to me. Such a bad neighborhood, you should go violate everyone else’s rights and just leave me alone until you’ve done each one of them!

  4. There should be a crime on the books, that is simple assault on sensibilities. Every couple of weeks, they could bring all the police officers into the office, fire them, charge them, and incarcerate them. It might be hard to keep rosters full but citizens wouldn’t be exposed to near as much copslaining.

If the intent is to get criminals to identify themselves before committing crimes, then that is directly against the 5th amendment. We could simply respond “I refuse to respond, or identify myself as it will incriminate me in the future.

Corporal Gallo is demonstrably an idiot.

  5. Id love to know if Mr. Bill took this further because i dont believe for a second his van came back as a green car and this was a trick to obtain identification.

  6. Where does a cop get the idea that he can tell someone where not to park when the spot you’re in is legal? He can stand there and do his ridiculous “copsplaining” all he wants to, but he can’t force someone to move if they’re not doing anything illegal.

  7. Wow, I never knew Hitler won the war and America is now under Nazi Germany laws???
Everyone over 18 has to carry ID, or "papers". Or, I presume, "You vill be shot in ze morning!!" America's cops huh, more like the Gestapo is in town.

  8. what that pig sited as his reason also known as bullshit…that he needed to id the man "In Case" a crime is commited in that area "over the next few days" is down right chilling.
i would say thats why its unconstituional. so a day or so later some guy offs his wife for insurance..and what..the cops run and fetch the guy that they ID'd days before?
thats how folks get caught up as suspects in shit..and its been documented that unfortunatly many cops and detectives get derailed from any other suspects cause they are obbsessed with a person that they think may have had something to do with it or a reason to have them involved.

  9. When I left I would have gone to another officer to see if they could run my tags to confirm what first officer said (recording of course) so if it proved 1st officer lied I could sue.

  10. What's the point of doing all that if you just going to give up your rights why would you leave I can't stand when y'all do that if you're going to stand up for your rights then stand up for your rights

  11. If the cop was right about having to have id on you at all time you'd be breaking the law if someone robbed you of your identification documents according to his logic

  12. what a load of BULLLSHIIT.
looking at peoples id changes ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about people around the driver is any safer.
but anyways that cop ia so fat he cant even catch a snail jaywalking.
but he could possibly catch the local donut deliveryvan if it was parked
