  1. If I was on the jury I wouldn't trust her. Why would you open a sealed bottle ? If she thought that it was opened. Then why should I trust her judgement that night. Why didn't they just check his blood and/or breath for alcohol ? If I was the prosecutor. I would have dropped the drunk driving charge and get him for driving with a suspended license.

  2. I live in Tallahassee and wonder about the legitimacy of traffic stops here every time I see one. Unfortunately, some law enforcement officers here are nothing more than bullies trying to pad their arrest records. I appreciate all the work you do bringing these type of incidents to light.

  3. ABSOLUTELY
IMPRISON THE COPS PROSECUTOR JUDGE AAAAND
THE IMBECILE DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE
AT HIGH SPEED WITH NO LIGHTS
TRULY HOW STUPID CAN ONE BE TO DO THAT
    BUT
IT S NO SURPRISE ABOUT THE DRIVER WHEN
THERE ARE VIDS OF INCIDENTS ALMOST UNCOUNTABLE
OF POOR LIL CHILLUNS BEING VULNERABLE AND
NOT BEING INTELLIGENT ENOUGH TO NOT
    DRAW ATTENTION TO THEMSELVES
WHAT A PLANET TOO BAD IT S COVERED IN HUMANS

  4. I may be wrong, but after watching/reading this, I think we all got it wrong. Seems to me, and again, I might be wrong, the real power/authority rests in the hands of the judge, no? Surely, this is presented to the judge as it is presented to us… and if the power is within the hands of the judge, well??? I must be missing something.
