Chad Doerman, the Ohio father facing accusations of executing his three young sons, has filed a motion requesting that the judge suppress the statement he made to law enforcement during questioning. Doerman’s defense team argues that his rights were violated during the interrogation process. The motion has led to a hearing where deputies and detectives from the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office took the stand to testify about their interactions with Doerman, including the statements they made to him and his alleged request for legal representation during the interview.

  1. Violated his rights what..to not murder his children..this is such horror. If the mother sensed something was "off" maybe she should have made an impromptu trip to the "grocery" store but even if she sought help the authorities most likely would not have helped her because" until he acts.."we all know the drill..so either way the result was going to be bad…what a wonderful system we live in.😢

  2. Aw didums. The doors was slammed, his cuffs were too tight, there was no air conditioning, he was called a name….aw poor man.
    Get f**king real!!!! Pathetic!!!!!

  3. He killed his children! The biggest witness is his wife and stepdaughter. At this point It doesn’t matter the cops messed up when reading his rights! At the end of the day he killed his 3 babies. His lawyers are doing this to avoid the death penalty. He might avoid the death penalty but end up in jail for the rest of his life.

  4. Stuff his rights!!!!!!! Did he think about his children's rights when they were terrified for their lives? He is a disgusting human being. Now everyone must feel sorry for him? Excuse me, he tried to strangle his own mother when he was 16 years old.

  5. This is our current justice system. He executed his 3 precious sons and the cops are on trial. 😮😮😮
