Charlie does need a new trial. That jury should never have been allowed to rule on this case. It was obviously skewed. Wendi probably isn't worried about being imprisoned, as the family's lawyer almost surely arranged a deal. People are so after Wendi, but they will be disappointed, at the end. General viewers will be disheartened by the sketchy nature of justice. However, the lust for Wendi's conviction is distasteful. Watch the trial, first. America is lapping up whatever the state says, in this case. Should they? What is being surrendered by doing so?
Isn’t it so ironic and interesting that ALL of the dominos have fallen EXCEPT Wendi’s?! Donna may have put the actual murder plan into action, Charlie may have carried out and executed it, Sigfredo & Luis may have pulled the trigger, Katie may have brokered it, but NONE of this ever would’ve taken place if it wasn’t for Wendi… Yet Wendi is the ONLY one still walking free, putting in hours with her kids, that sadly, Dan will never get to put in again! What a travesty across the board… RIP and Justice for Dan!!!

I believe the State have sufficient evidence to convict Wendi Adelson in the murder of Dan Markel. Just because we, as observers, are not aware of the evidence doesn't mean it doesn't exist. There's no reason for the prosecution to show their hand in advance.
