  1. He's a POS, but that wasn't his baby. They have 2 babies and he ransomly says it eill make him look bad? She got pregnant while they were separated with someone else and he tried to kill the kid. Pretty obvious.

  2. He should have been charged with 2 counts of attempted murder for each time he poisoned her. That monster shouldn't be released and I hope he's never able to practice law again.

  3. For those wondering about the politics the Prosecutor is Kim Ogg (D) and District Judge Andrea Beall (D). Herring initially faced felony assault to induce abortion which is punishable by life in prison and $100,000 civil penalty.

  4. Wow he sentenced in 180 dsys and his daughter is disabled for life. Why not catherine herring file law suit against him for caused daughter disabled for life ?

  5. Wow the worst of the worst. Hope she gets full custody and I hope he loses his law license at the very least. 180 days if barely a slap on the wrist.
