A stabbing is a personal way to kill someone and why was she in the bathtub did he force her in there? It doesn't seem random. Maybe he was stalking her and what are the odds of him going into that particular apartment? It just doesn't seem random. If I was a detective i would find out who used to live in that apartment because maybe he was after the previous tenant??
