Instead of heading to trial, now-convicted child killer David Pietura treated his jury trial as a plea hearing and confessed to a disturbing murder. Pietura admitted to killing his neighbor’s child, 5-year-old Prince McCree, when the young boy came over to play video games. Investigators say 27-year-old Pietura and 15-year-old Erik Mendoza killed McCree, bound him, and then tossed the young boy’s body in a dumpster. Pietura will be sentenced on July 26. Mendoza faces multiple felonies, including first-degree homicide, and will appear in court in August.

I wouldn’t be surprised if that Jeffrey Dahmer show had something to do with this weirdo’s motive . He looks like he could be his son . They planned & committed this murder . I don’t believe his story at all. A normal reaction to seeing a young child who is supposed to be your friend attacked would be to help him, or get help. I would even except that he froze out of fear & didn’t stop him. What I do not except is that he walked in and saw this , had absolutely nothing to do with it prior to this point & join in to beat & kill him. Trying to put all the blame on the other guy. They planned this and lured this child down there under the guidelines of playing video games . I absolutely believe he is going to take that plea because they have some damning evidence that he doesn’t want the world to know.
