One thing you need to explain a little clearer. Did you say a policeman can order you from your car. If I’m understanding you correctly, it’s because he feels you’re a threat to his safety? What is making this policeman feel threatened? would he feel safer if the window was down? If so, why? My understanding is only if you pose a threat can you please remove it from your vehicle?
