  1. How is this guy Roland let out for attempted murder after 4 years. You gotta love our judicial system. The fake Facebook posts originated from his IP address. Enough proof he committed the crime. How has this guy not gone to trial yet and convicted of murder despite there not being a trial. Prosecutor should enter a plea deal of a shorter sentence if he gives up the location of her body. He's actually guilty of 2 murders, hers and the unborn child.

  2. This POS will probably be going to jail for the rest of his life, so hopefully he'll fess up to where he put her body so her family can properly lay her to rest, and get the answers and closure they deserve!

  3. Three weeks? Geez.. I don't talk to my parents every day but you better believe my teenage son and my co-workers would have reported that within the first shift I missed… A) We're short officer's but because I never miss work… B) Son would need food lol.. No but this is awful… That's nearly a month!!!

  4. WHAT ELSE IS NEEDED TO CHARGE THIS MONSTER, THE MAN WAS COMMUNICATING IN INTERNET AS IT WAS HER, I WANT TO GIVE YOU WOMEN AN ADVICE, MOST MEN FROM OTHER COUNTRY, SPECIALLY ILLEGALS, HAVE VERY CONTROLLING WAYS, I KNOW THIS BY LIVING THROUGH IT MYSELF. IS NOT SAFE TO BE WITH PEOPLE WHO SEEM VERY NICE ONLY TO FIND OUT HOW CONTROLLING AND AGGRESSIVE THEY ARE. YES THEY WORK HARD, BUT WHO ARE THEY, LOOK AT TEXAS AND MANY BORDER STATES, CRIME AGAINST WOMEN ARE HIGH AND MANY ARE COOL CASES, WE NEED TO DEMAND MORE SECURITY AND PROTECTION FOR OUR CITIZENS

  5. how the fuck can a man shoot his gf three times and take her eye out and then be RELEASED from prison?!? That should be an automatic life sentence. We have ppl serving life for possession of marijuana smh.

  6. Hello, Madame another fascinating podcast I particularly enjoy your forensic guest, its great to see how many factors these experts look at and not just the science, I am also pleased that they have made progress on this particular case, and hope for her child and family they manage to solve it, it's another interesting podcast inspiring to see law enforcement have kept going even after 9 years have passed, thankyou Madame for the update.

  7. I don't speak to my friends and family for a day they're at my door! A pregnant girl doesn't get reported missing for 3 weeks ?! Not even by her mother? And where was her toddler during this 3 weeks?

  8. This guy has hurt who knows how many women. I can’t believe he brutally beat and shot twice his girlfriend at the time, this being in 2014, and they let him out of prison in 2020??WTF………..6 years for attempted murder. He should of gotten 20 years. I can’t imagine this was the first time the law has had to deal with him. They just keep letting these guys out to kill again. I’m all for if you take a life, in a vicious and wanton way, then you should have to forfeit your own. Sounds fair to me.

  9. I,ve "seen" this case on another crime-programme etc……………"the" boyfriend more than likely the "farther!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"……….her husband i think had the patience of a saint with this girl etc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! although she didn,t "deserve" what ever has happened to her………

  10. This is good news. Aside from 2020 being a challenging year, I'm so glad there have been cases with a resolution. I hope the families find some comfort in closure. It won't bring back their loved ones, but justice will be served.
