  1. It is frustrating that let's say you are accused of a crime or their investigating something to do with somebody in your family and they know you're innocent and you know you're innocent they still can get a warrant and look for your phone. Then even if you're not convicted of anything All of your texts searches pictures and everything private in your phone is put in the Discovery for the world to see when the case is closed. Case and point, Chris Watts. Shannon Watts, Nicole kessinger all of their private phone information is out there for the world to see read and examine including their searches and pictures and everything. Why is it that that is allowed? Why

  2. Have you guys seen the video of him buying the soil at Walmart and the video of him carrying her to her would be grave? Also it does stay in the report that the police went into his house picked up a bag that felt heavy took DNA from the back but did not open it or investigate it further. That would be the bag of Taylor the would be eventually found out as the killer. I don't know why anybody thinks it's so suspicious that this guy did what he did and killed himself. It's not suspicious that the police found her as they were looking every single day in that area. There's nothing suspicious about who did it. He clearly killed himself because he knew he wasn't getting away with this there was nowhere for him to go either. The police searched his house in the early investigation not when there would have been an odor

  3. "Stop, stop, stop"
    "I need a minute, I need a minute."
If you're gonna jump in, do it in a more polite manner. "If I may add…. " is a better way of getting your point across.

  4. If she doesn’t realize the government already knows everything on our phone or stored in the cloud, then she clearly hasn’t been paying attention.
We haven’t had privacy for awhile now, but they pretend so we continue to trust them.

  5. As a mother this is my worst nightmare. I can't even comprehend that monsters like this exist. I remember being invested in this case and bursting into tears when they announced finding the bodies. That poor little angel did not deserve to go through that. 💔

  6. Such a sweet face on that little girl, her grandma was so heart broken. More and more young men are being involved in these child rapes and murders.

  7. I'm horribly saddened & sick to my stomach over this case & others like it. Sweet innocent little Faye. My heart goes out to her loved ones, may they find solace & may precious little Faye rest in peace.

  8. Didn't Biden just sign some kind of law, that allows the governement to delete text messeges from people's phone when they exchange critical information regarding covid wich differs from the official opinion? Wtf?! 🤯

  9. Good analysis and discussion of this horrific incident. You bring out all the key issues and questions–much like an investigative team would.

  10. 17:40 I agree with Ana. We should be allowed into someone's phone or tablet at LEAST in the event of a loved ones or partners death. (And in cases of murders). We've lost 2 people in our family and couldn't access info only they had but did share with us (passwords, pictures, family history/health info) gone forever. Maybe it should become law now that if written into a living will we can allow family to access these devices in the event of our deaths a d tech companies will HAVE to allow access.

  11. Good job pointing all this out.
Next guy will “plan” it better
Honestly… everything about the police seems suspicious.
Why was his home searched…. twice…

  12. These stories are always sad and disheartening. But there is no other place to say this: Ana, you are so captivating and intelligent and we out here love that you bring light to these dark moments. Thank you for helping to keep truth going ✌🌺

  13. Or, Taylor's roommate framed him. There is no corroboration for the roommate saying there was an odor. I'd say that the two did the murder, and one is getting away with his part.

  14. I suspect this was an impulsive act, one of opportunity…I'd be interested in the guy's childhood…I'm sure there were signs if anyone had been looking…also I would suspect he prob had attempted to molest a young girl in the past…this was the first time he killed..not sure if it was guilt or fear that led him to kill himself..

  15. Your phones are on all the time and transmit info of all your senses. No one owns the info collected by the phone, you just rent the use of the electronics.

  16. You never find out the why in murder cases. As humans we want to think there's a rational answer to a crime there never is. If a criminal tells you it's never enough bc we're still unable to rationalize it.

  17. I agree with the privacy thing for our phones. I've researched many things about things I didn't understand to find out the why and it could make one look suspicious.

  18. I think my phone reads my mind . I’ll be thinking of something I’ve never looked up before, never talked about before .. next ad that pops up.. it creeps me out

  19. We all need to get, and give, forgiveness , and I applaud any measures the police force is taking when it comes to transparency and chipping away at that Blue Wall that some people talk about, which is just a vow of silence, and the antithesis of transparency. Hopefully, it will start to rebuild the trust that is so sorely missing these days.

  20. I will never forget the image of this precious child getting off the bus. I prayed so hard for her to come home safely. This angle will always stay with me. Her angelic little face will always remain in my memory. Such a tragic case. 😪

  21. When TF are we gonna lock pedo's up for life & toss away the key to their cell? They can not be rehabilitated! So, time to get them working on them licenses plates & armoured vests for police. Nothing good has ever come from a child predator, period.
