Opening statements began Monday morning in the murder trial against Eric Robinson who is accused of killing his ex-girlfriend’s new lover, Nicholis Wilcox, in Florida back in 2017. The defendant allegedly beat Wilcox to death, wrapped him in a tarp and threw him into a dumpster. Robinson’s defense team claims the state has it all wrong — and his ex-girlfriend, Isabella Tagliarini, is the one who really killed Wilcox.

I think she should be in jail this nice looking young man has kids was blunted to death murdered for no reason and all she’s worried about is being in America didn’t even call 911 while it was happening to get him help she should be in jail right along with that guy and how do we know she didn’t do it and blamed the guy for it I think they both should be in jail sickening. This boy lost his life. I feel so sorry for his family.

Wow if she did all that how come she wasn't the one getting rid of the body with him
why come they both was painting the walls and clean up the blood. Why did he roll up the body and put the belts on the body. She said she was sitting up there waiting for him give order because she was in shock 
he just got out of jail or prison, would think this man would think twice about killing 
this is definitely a twisted case and the two of them played their part in his demise 
it seems like they thought they can get away with murder. No one is innocent and both of them cold-blooded killers 
Nothing but a whole bunch of clues and she had plenty time to get away so many times
this whole story could be prevented if they had this man still in prison 
Ohhhhh uh oh … She just said on stand that she doesn't remember what she and he are talking about in the store before they hug each other, yet, she can remember why they hugged (in detail) and she also remembers she didn't buy anything at the store. Sorry, you can remember 2 things about that moment BUT you can't remember what you talked about with him????? Big ooops homegirl.

They both seem guilty to me. They both participated obviously. Some things are indefensible. Sounded like the prosecutor has alot of actual evidence and the defense has nothing

Man what a curtailed opening statement from the defence team from video footage-(objection)- to accessary after the fact and you’ll find him not guilty

I'm already annoyed with the opening statement "the coughing is frigging annoying". This seems to be a common occurrence at all trials I've watched. What's with all the coughing in court rooms!!
