  1. Those girls were my sweet baby nieces. The ppl at the hospital never old us she was had been diagnosed with anything. We knew something was wrong but we weren't told how important the meds were, had we known we could have helped her! This is on them!

  2. These guys are great and have WONDERFUL voices for this type of podcast. Thank you so much for informing us of these horrible cases. These guys report the news as if they are on Dateline NBC and the like. Totally subbed! Thank you for such a great quality news show!

  3. Tell you one thing about Grand Rapids Michigan, there is a lot of corruption in there. Plus, like the series of supernatural said Michigan is hell is the devils play ground. And a lot of kidnapping and adultsnapping in Michigan.

  4. Honestly I don't like how the police are using family members DNA to imprison people. Yeah I'm glad these killers are behind bars but the way it was solved is unethical. These family members had NO idea that their DNA would be used to put one of their family members away for life. Sometimes DNA can be misleading and just because someone's DNA is on a victim doesn't mean they are the perpetrator. It could be transfer DNA from a fast food worker or factory worker accidentally gets DNA on a piece of clothing that's sold and the victim wears those new clothes they just bought without washing them there are tons of examples. So I definitely don't agree with using genealogy sites to solve cases. At the very least they should get permission from family members before they take their DNA and use it in a case.

  5. Whenever a person suffers from psychotic episodes, schizophrenia or bipolar they're never going to be in the clear, because at any moment something can trigger in their brain and cause irrational thinking. They should always be monitored and followed up at all times. Just because they might have spent five years causing no threats or display of aggressive behavior whatsoever doesn't mean something tomorrow wont trigger them and have them to act in a negative or dangerous way. So I do agree that when people are having mental disorders that are this severe they should be most definitely followed up. This is in everyone's best interest. People without mental illness's lives change all the time! We have our UP's and down's, Good and bad. So do people with mental illness's. So their reaction usually will not be rational. Doesn't mean their reaction will always be aggressive but it would not be the same as a person without mental illness's.
I WOULD LIKE TO BE CLEAR THAT I'M NOT CRUCIFYING PEOPLE WITH SEVERE MENTAL ILLNESSES. THEY ARE HUMANS AND DESERVE LOVE, UNDERSTANDING, AND RESPECT LIKE ANYONE ELSE. IM NOT TALKING DOWN ON THEM.

  6. a 5150 is a 72 hour mandatory hold when it is believed a person is a danger to THEMSELVES or potentially others. If the psychiatric staff feel 3 days isn't enough they file for a 5250 before day 2 is out, a court order to keep the same person for an additional 2 WEEKS until they can be stabilized and that can be extended indefinitely as long as the Psychiatrist in charge continues to believe that person is still a threat to themselves or others. Most of the time these holds are used with self-harmers and suicidal people but that's only because they are more common. It is disingenuous to suggest they let this woman go after 3 days because that was their limitations, and that their is no follow-up. There is always follow-up, but you cannot force anyone to cooperate after they're released. If you don't like that part, blame Ronald Reagan who changed these laws and dumped all the "involuntary" asylum patients into the streets.

  7. Heads up guys, cause I see a lot of these comments, True Crime Daily (the show/ program) was cancelled June 2018. So if you're asking for more true crime content, or wondering why they're doing re runs, this is it. I personally appreciate that they're at least trying new content like these podcasts but I personally don't know what they're possible future content plans are.

  8. The idea behind these podcasts is good, but you guys need to step up your game if you want to gain viewers. There's already hundreds of podcasts/channels dedicated to True Crime and Unsolved cases, try to be different and please try to give us longer videos. This looks way too amateurish to be taken seriously. ✌👍

  9. Hey, do you guys remember Vincent Ambrosio? He solicited sex from a minor and had a folder full of child porn. He then talked about his police officer father, Dennis Ambrosio of Wappinger Falls, New York in his police interview. He had an interview with Chris Hansen, but it never aired. Whats up with that?

  10. Think a lot of people don't know what a fuckin' PODCAST is. This isn't a sensationalized news story. It isn't entertainment, think of it as more of a learning opportunity. Podcasts are people TALKING, as in JUST CONVERSATION. If you didn't already know that, now you do. If you close your mind before even giving something a chance then of course it won't benefit you at all, you haven't given it a chance to.

  11. I like listening to these guys. Not sure why you guys are hating. One thing I noticed that the people are commenting is that they are slow. But I mean, we are in a time where everything is fast. Its good to have proper pace where you can absorb the information.
