  1. I'm a MI native and actually worked at Penthouse, same workplace as fellow P.S. Since, I'm an R.H.I.T. (AS Degree of HIM), a large professional discipline I practice is healthcare law & ethics and I'm currently earning my BA Degree and licensure to become a Tumor Specialist (BA of Oncology Management). Strangulation is evidenced. Due to her jewelry from her ear anatomy piercings being removed (earrings), this demonstrates a physical struggle/ fight- Paula's sister's theory of this basically re-confirms or verifies the victim's struggle and physical defense she exhibited. Also, accidents don't relate to a fight or physical altercation between two people. No accidental death, no consensual sex. All of these variables point to sexual assault. Strangulation and the related evidenced- based duration of time this incurs in order to kill a human was not an accident- It was an intentional and also personal act ('personal' can include sexual assault if the criminal was a stranger). Medically, Paula appeared to build a tolerance to substances, although she was still under the influence of many things. She also slept before going to Space. The/ her credit card request, her walking straight in heels leaving the club, etc., tells us she was impaired but certainly nowhere near incoherent or lacking function and not displaying any judgment (also reference her physical defense energy and comprehension). She passed several cabs with a credit card (was used to going home independently), it's very likely she wanted to party more regarding getting into the van (described as van on different news stations by the P.I.). A large majority of U.S. exotic dancers prostitute inside and outside of strip clubs (this is why Penthouse Detroit was shut down, is now differently owned & operated and why the city removed VIP areas, also, now legally speaking, no curtains and doors or privacy are allowed in these establishments, only open space concept public lap dances in sight). While this may be a hard truth, unfortunately it's not outrageous whatsoever as to the possibility of P.S. "working" regarding the male driving the van.

The top crime in this area of her murder is prostitution. I agree with the locals, she could have been targeted in order to "pimp out" or having to do with sex trafficking relations. Drugs and partying word dropping can get someone motivated to "get in" a vehicle. The family's lawyer(s) and at times their P.I. are careful not to mention the the word prostitution because they do not want to draw attention to the fact that she was indeed a sex worker, as Americans have the ideology of not caring about a stripper's murder and victim shaming/ blaming. The reason her body was burned is likely because all of the DNA evidence including semen product from sexual assault (much DNA evidence, also including from the victim-defense fight). I believe the murderer also burned the body because he has a record (felon on parole, history of criminal record and he had freedom to lose if he was caught by DNA). Further, this guy has the street smarts (relating to criminal history) to know that because she fought him, his DNA is on her as well even if he can't see it with the naked eye. Additionally, police described the murderer as a local, with knowledge of the area (relating to the dumpster). I agree, the white middle-aged male she was last with does live in the area as police believe, relating to the selection of the individual dumpster, and a factor I think of, where/ locations that have no cameras, although he may have later moved. From my lens, the murderer basically had unique and specific knowledge of the entire city and area that is only acquired if you're a resident. This also supports the demo of the killer having a criminal record- The demographics and stats of criminals living in the dangerous area. I believe the police also suspect this killer (who again was described in his 50's at least, fits the age to be out of jail for a past murder conviction) may have murdered before and/ or suspect he is a criminal with prior convictions, this is why they put emphasis on "This guy is on the lose, he is sick." Furthermore, while it's evident that this police agency is caviler (lazy) and lack skills, from a professional and medical standpoint, I believe the reason they're emotional and feel bad but also clearly disinterested in solving the crime is because they can't meet what is needed to secure a criminal charge- Zero physical evidence. This would only amount to a classic "he said, she said" debate with skilled attorneys to quickly shoot down a simple and singular "eye witness" statement/ testimony that may have involved intoxication of the witness, given the nature of the situation and environment. The more time that passes, more legit claim of lack of memory. The sketch of the suspect is complete BS- That's why it's been ineffective for over ten years. It was made by only one witness (not the three police mentioned), is subject to errors and again, given the nature, the one suspect could very well have been drunk, on drugs and/ or in a poor mental state which is how many residents are described in that area- Poor/ impoverished, drug addicts with mental issues. The "sketch" per physical biological features actually shows this person is Hispanic- Black American, the witness and police cannot decide if they think this man is black, Hispanic or both- They have made contradicting statements. Further, this area is called the "Haiti Hood" and government data proves most of the residents are Haitian- So, common sense tells us the sketch is probably of a man with Haiti ethnicity if they're stating black or Hispanic, or both (I'm Hispanic myself). Just because this man talked with P.S. does not mean he killed her.

The more credible and presumed sober witness who was walking his dog from a neighbor resort next to Space stated he saw Paula walking up a curb from the street (later, we know this time was past the time she was escorted out of the club and past the time three people saw the race mystery man with P.S. outside), the van with the middle-aged white male was slowly driving down the wrong side of the road (logically in order to follow Paula who was alone), turned in front of her and she got in. Logically, Paula was connecting with a male that somewhat or fully is accurate to the sketch and either she did not like what she was hearing, later made her way to the van OR this sketch guy promised what she was looking for (more partying, drugs and/ or cash in exchange for sex) from someone who picked her up in the van, as though he arranged it. However, the killer physically acted alone and picked her up alone. The fact is Paula declined cab transportation home even though she had a credit card and was determined to party for more than an hour or two when she arrived at Space. Simply, the sketch mystery man appeared to converse with Paula but was not the last person she was with. Again, which is just one reason why the sketch has been ineffective for 14 years.

Moreover, a more credible witness states she left with a caucasian man who was driving a van. Why is there no sketch of him? There are apartments nearby the crime scene dumpster but nothing was explored or investigated regarding that variable, by police. I hold a healthcare license, I'm a former nurse, I practice healthcare law & ethics, I'm trained to work with funeral directors, police agencies, attorneys and hospital counsel on medical- legal issues including but not limited to, rape victims, murder victims, drunk driving auto accident victims, medical malpractice, wrongful death criminal charge on physician- In my professional opinion, I sadly do not believe the P.S. case will be solved. She got in the van for whatever reason, the man/ killer is white, minimum age of 50 with a past violent criminal record and conviction(s) whom has lived in the area, he was happy to find through conversation she did not have cell phone detection. He took her to a remote spot for intention of sexual assault and possibly, prostitution work afterward. He knew like the dumpster selection, no cameras. She faught. Sadly, he strangled her prior to the/ or during the sexual assault, intentionally. He could have been on strong drugs and/ or heavily intoxicated as well, as her. He acted alone, he burned the body. The earring dropped outside of the dumpster, there very well could have been evidence in his van. The assault and murder could have taken place in the van, or any vehicle. He could have burned the van too and left it anywhere in countless rural areas in FL (or even GA), a state I lived in before that has many "hoods," wetlands, woods, parks, state parks and hundreds of lakes and of course, gators. Police should have cleared the boyfriend almost immediately per evidence and there should be a sketch of the caucasian killer and his vehicle. Police apparently never followed up with him after a brief statement collection, shockingly.

It is what is described in the video, the perfect storm- Mostly everyone is intoxicated or beyond, no cams, no cell phone. As a society, we cannot let a heartless animal get away with a perfect murder. God bless Paula and her family. I wish them peace, closure, justice, prosperity, happiness and an arrest.

  2. Oh wow she was so beautiful thats just heartbreaking not only to kill the girl but to burn her 😡 there is some evil people out there .my heart breaks for her mother sister i really hope her boyfriend had nothing to do with it. And why would you leave your girlfriend alone in a night club in the early hours .even if he got kicked out wouldn't you wait for her outside to make sure she is safe . This is just terrible poor girl had her whole lufe ahead of her 😢💔🙏

  3. I met a very beautiful, sexy stripper in New York. We spoke on the phone several times. She wanted me to date her. I think part of the attraction to me was that I'm a doctor and she liked intellectual stimulation. Like the model in this story who was murdered, she struck me as a woman who would be trouble and I didn't want to take advantage of her. I told her I did not want to date her. She was very hurt and in a rage. She sent me a hate letter cursing me out and insulting me. I've stuck to dating women who are at least half-way normal.

  4. Wow, she died the way she lived her life. So sad. I would have arrested the boyfriend for being such a crappy boyfriend and leaving her alone in a place like that. You gotta be a major POS to do that.

  5. Going out to a club drinking all night and dressed very inappropriate, idk why people are shocked when stuff like this happens. Women like this make theirself a target im sorry to say it but girls need to stop running around dressed in barley nothing or clothes that show off to much and get drunk all night. U guys are making yourself vulnerable.
