  1. John, great job bleeping out those rapid-fire F-bombs…

The officer should write FICTION. He would be good at it … his reports are already fiction

  2. So many of these cops think they are super smart detectives like Sherlock Holmes solving some crime. But really they are dumbasses.

  3. This will be un popular I know but if I walked out my house and saw a policeman next to my car in the middle of the night I’d say “Hello officer can I help you?” and then answer his questions. This kid acted like the officer wasn’t even there and carried on putting things in his truck. And as for the officer didn’t identify himself the kid knew he was a policeman otherwise he wouldn’t have walked up, who walks up to a strange person with a flashlight standing next your car in the dark if you don’t know who they are? The kid was belligerent and dismissive from the start and I fully believe he was drunk.

  4. Love how a 10 years or so, nobody wanted to hear or listen to black peoples accounts. Now that these punks have to wear cameras, you're seeing how right we were.

  5. A cop can illegally beat you down for no reason and if you try to defend yourself you get charged with obstruction or assault. How this charge isn't immediately dismissed upon seeing this footage is a disgrace.

  6. Going hands-on before identifying as a police officer seems "excessive" to the point of a 4th Amendment violation.

  7. I don’t understand the cop continually grabbing him….. it looked like he only attempted to get in once. When that cop threw him down he wasn’t trying to get into the car. Kneeing him was pretty unnecessary also. If he “smelled alcohol” u would think he would have looking into that somehow. By at least giving him a breathalyzer….

  8. While Lucas had no obligation to, I think he could have been a little more cooperative at the beginning by just asking the officer if he could help him with anything. The officer should've immediately explained the situation and his concern in detail before physically touching Lucas. The problem is that bad cops roll around with the assumption that everyone is guilty and a criminal if they decide that they are. That cop should be fired, this should have been a friendly conversation and not an assault.

  9. Let's say the kid was drunk. Shouldn't the cop have to tell him he's arresting him and read him his rights? And tell him why he's being arrested? And doesn't the person have to get into the car in order for it to be illegal drunk driving?

  10. When you see nothing but crime all the time it's hard to not assume everyone is bad. Sometimes it's a result of being over stressed and losing faith in society. Trained to be on alert 24/7 puts a toll on the brain. I think the officer realized he f* up but kept going because he wanted others to perceive his actions were justifiable.

  11. Just yesterday I walked to my local Gas Station and saw 3 cars Running and the Door slightly open, this is why I don't think Certain Police and certain People don't live in the real World and yet are from some kind of Parallel Universe.

  12. Policing is one of the safest jobs in the country. Statistics don’t lie, cops do! The nations police by far are the most corrupt “ profession “ in the country. Hard to call any cop professional. In my 65 plus years I have yet to see any cop act professionally. They all have a chip on their shoulder, knowing intellectually they are at a big disadvantage to an educated adult.
