Details/Raw Clip of the Punch: https://thecivilrightslawyer.com/2024/02/29/cop-breaks-64-y-o-womans-jaw-1m-lawsuit/
So a GAY KAREN is getting in the middle of 2 people having an argument? Really? And the cops make more out of it than it is. And break her jaw.
Big man hits a woman, that's low. Did his parents not teach him, you're not supposed to hit women.
I'm not sure how it works where your from but if they've split up and do not live together in the same residence, then it's not a domestic…it's just an "argument" between 2 people… that is it…
POS is a thug and should be in jail. 100% shouldn’t even be in charge of checking Walmart shoppers for receipts. The landlord is a meddling shmuck as well. Monte should be a man and get a no contact order or something. This was cowardice by both men ( landlord and renter) , and felonious assault and battery by the cop.
What does he need backup for??? The cop is uneducate, ignorant and unintelligent and escalate a non- situation.👀😡🤮🥴🚨 Her husband is a coward he allowed the cops to attack his exwife and stayed in the house and said and did nothing. Her husband could have said we where just talking but everything is fine but can you ask her to leave tell her I will call her later.🔊 Real Easy!!!
How stupid, and then he thinks he did no wrong.
The person I actually feel bad for is the ex husband
So the officer thinks he is protecting them from domestic violence and ends up beating the woman himself. Lol protected the shit outa her!
All the officer had to do was let her leave….I'm glad she sued ….
That cop is a dirtbag…abuse of power
A neighbor doesn't like how loud someone is.
Oh clear cut domestic violence. Geez
"No crime? No problem. I have a badge I decide what is a crime."
#BackTheBlueUntilTheyDoItToYou
People so easily call the cops for anything and everything. Seems like Monty, even though he was married to this lady, didn't care that she was being hurt. Yes, a real Karen-type neighbor and a non violent elderly woman being manhandled. Cop escalated the situation.a
She should have stopped to talk to him.
I’d sue the little soy boy who called the police
Really great job escalating the situation. This guy isn’t fit to guard a Kmart!
This guy looks more like a Rabbi ….or lawyer 😉
Never, never, never call the cops. They are NOT here to protect anybody. There is simply no situation they can’t make worse.
What were her charges?
Looks like he broke up the crime of the century! First he says the call was about a disturbance, a subjective term but he seems to prod for an issue
Every cop thinks they are detectives, why doesn’t he talk to the caller since he’s admittedly “confused” go see Monty First! What’s the complaint?
Also their is a psychological need for cops to be in control and it is most disturbing
That’s why the threats of cuffing, the demand she remove the fingers from her pockets, how to move, how to respond to stress
This clown walked up to a docile scene and created this mess,
Springs into action because the vehicle window was rolled up?
No restraining order or pfa obviously, no apparent trespassing issue despite the history
Thank God for the body cam
I'm so sick of these cops getting away with everything. I had my back broken by a cop and I did nothing. I was. I am and continue to be polite and respectful to every police officer and yet my back was still broken and I was thrown and a holding cell for 2 and 1/2 days. Finally having to bail myself out for $500 and pay $1,000 to get my car out of impound. I'm disabled on a fixed income. What little savings I had which I was lucky I did have I had to spend on BS fines. When I went to court they dropped everything but they didn't give me back my $1,500 and they didn't do anything about that cop breaking my back. America and its laws work only for the rich if you don't know that you don't know anything.
The person who called needs to go to jail also
I just don’t understand these cops thinking this is ok
He broke her jaw, then had the audacity to expect her to replace his pants!? What!?
Proper Karen Call
He wasn't "pinned in the car." Good grief. Ppl are nosy there.
The only thing I can think the landlord could have asked to have her trespassed. That being said no need to break her jaw.
Cop was a total ego jerk,,,, should never be allowed to work in law enforcement
Completely unreasonable to ask her to take her hands out of her pockets and to "stand still". We're all guilty until proven innocent.
Is there anywhere that we can see the body cam footage of the officer that took over handcuffing her?
Looks like the landlord handled the situation previously without breaking anyone's jaw. Imagine if the cops could've managed that.
He definitely need to be held accountable
Who thinks the landlord is voting for Kamala 🥴
Karen should of had to prove it with video
I have three retired cop friends that say the people they fear most in the world are the police.
How to escalate a non-event in a few seconds.
Sir is the woman bothering you? No Sir! Mam is this man bothering you? NO sir! Have a good day!
There isn't any situation that the cops cant make worse. Dont call the cops people. They ruin lives.
The landlord should be arrested what an a****
Does she seem a little batty and annoying? Yes. However, I saw zero crimes she committed on camera. Also, The cop was 100% in the wrong and a good lawyer will win any case against her, and a good civil lawyer will get paid out for the excessive force.
But did you represent her for free?
