  1. The signal failure that Mr. Bryan is talking about is not what the cop pulled her over for. Mr. Bryan shows the video of her signaling to change lanes into the right lane. But the cop told the other cop that she failed to signal when changing lanes to the "left" lane. That happened when she had to move over to get out of the lane that the cop was in. Her car was coming towards him, and I did not see her signal on, as it was when she moved back into the right lane after passing him. The fact that the cop was retaliating against her, however, and arresting her for this is criminal.

  2. Assault, kidnapping, false arrest, tampering with evidence, and filing a false police report. Why is cop not in jail?

  3. A) Theres no way anyone should be handcuffed and arrested for failure to signal lane change. B) With that being said, the cop said specifically said left hand lane change. That was when she lane changed to pass him, not the right hand lane change after she flipped him off. Just sayin.

  4. Cops are fragile as fuck, imagine being so triggered by the bird, i surely can't, ignore it and move on, these rat cops are the worst, this video will yet again make people hate the police, when will they learn.

  5. Who said something about small penises. New Bronffels, isn't that the place where a young man and his father were both arrested and New Bronfels paid $175,000 claim?

  6. That happened to me a flip the finger to unmarked cop tailgating me, and then he followed me home and told me was going to arrest me. He didn't have his lights on, and I told him I thought he was driving recklessly, and he said he wouldn't arrest me because he was on an emergency call.

  7. The police officers that helped arrest this woman should lose their jobs along with the butt hurt popo. Changing lanes without signaling isn’t an arrest-able offense in the first place

  8. Once charges have been laid, the DA should NOT be allowed to unilaterally withdraw them, just because they feel the case is unwinnable. It should require the agreement of the accused who deserves their day in court to expose the corruption ON THE RECORD. So that in the civil suit it is treated as a matter of fact. If the defendant agrees to the case being withdrawn then so be it, otherwise the officers put the coin in the jukebox and they need to dance. How much malfeasance goes unreported and unpunished because DAs protect bent cops in this manner? Dismissing the case doesn’t undo rights violations, or jail time, or handcuffing, or physical abuse and restraint by these thugs, all it does is let corrupt cops off the hook. It’s blatant collusion.
