  1. I have a question why did the guy who drove the white Magnum runs if you didn't do anything wrong just really curious I'm not a piece of s*** racist human on a person with a question but because I'm asking an obvious question I'll be called crazy things

  2. Looks like a suspicious paint job and a subject possibly looting a store going out the emergency exit .Still doesnt warrant a police shooting.1st degree Murder.

  3. Did the shop owner or store employees complain about it being double park? It is not on the highway why do they care? This is the craziest reason to make contact with someone I have ever seen.

  4. Now cops are auto paint technicians too? Dang, is Their anything these psychopaths don’t specialize in?🙄😡 May the victims family get Justice, further then the rookie losing his job. Hopefully Justice comes in the form of a lawsuit. $ don’t bring our loved ones back, but it can help make them more comfortable while grieving the loss of their son!!!

  5. Whay happened to opening your mouth and asking questions first??? They ran the plates and nothing came back on the person….another create a crime cop who through absolutely reckless actions murdered someone….. and now create a crime cop Hernandez will never find out about the paint job will he ???

  6. FIGHT OR FLIGHT
This is a natural human mental default setting known as, instinct. I used to wonder why black people ran from law enforcement. I used to wonder why they didn't just comply. INSTINCT!
When law enforcement purposely escalates a benign interaction, the person with whom they are interacting will, absolutely, positively, sooner or later TURN INTO AN EFFING CAVEMAN! That officer has purposely triggered the fight or flight response. This once sane person is for the moment out of his or her mind. They are not trying to allude, they're trying to SURVIVE! The officer having also reverted back to an evolutionary ancestor LITERALLY BEGINS TO HUNT a citizen who is literally running for their life! This is absolutely what we see here. This officer was doing nothing other than hunting prey.

  7. Not justified at all , they had no reason to even detain this person or question him at all. More power tyranny they even laughed as they decided to block the car in. They just wanted to harass this citizen for the fun of it.

  8. They did not shoot him cause of the paint job, they shot a runaway car. If you run away from two police officers pointing their gun at you it means you have other reasons than a poor painted car. I see no background posted on the deceased here.

  9. hello, I'm shocked, this is America? Is this the American dream? after having seen around fifty videos I am literally angry and disappointed by the human being.
your government has no empathy for life.
This has been going on for quite a long time in America.
I'm downright happy not to be part of your nation.

  10. Crudely painted cars are often stolen cars given a quick and sloppy paint job, before they’re exported overseas. However, none of that justifies what those officers did. 😡

  11. A Korean kid in my neighborhood was given his dad's old car for college. It had some minor rust and damage. He bondo-ed it and re-painted in his driveway. That kid will go far in life if he doesn't run into any dumb rich cops.

  12. Outside of the shooting, that's how to handle it. 1) What kind of blocked park job was that with the cruiser. He sucks. 2) Why wouldn't you have a second car come and wait by the dodge while the other officers went in. Is their ego really that high? Never mind the shooting told me that

  13. Can police even legally address a double parked car like that? Wouldn't that be a private lot? Wouldn't they need a request from the building owner to tow or move the car before they could legally do anything?

  14. There should be a way to immobilise the vehicle to prevent escape. If they had it, why didn't they use it?
