I hope officer Brown is enjoying his time to act like the white cops he sees around him. I have news for him. When an incident occurs where the dept will be forced to offer up a sacrifice to be charged and imprisoned, he will find out fast that the blue will not protect him the same as white officers. And judging by his attitude, it is only a short matter of time before he learns this.

That is just low to f with a person's livelihood. Perhaps officer Brown's neighbors and those who recognize him should start to treat him in a similar manner. Over charge to fix his wife's car. Not sell him groceries? Sorry cant cut your grass this week. The rest of the community could start to punish by shunning those who have this type of behavior.
