  1. How was he not additionally not charged with the attempted coercion? Probation might be ok for his DUI, but it’s disgustingly corrupt that he didn’t have any consequences for begging the other cop to let him “sleep it off on the side of the road.” Police need to be held to a higher standard, not given leniency

  2. When the officer rebutted with "why are you putting me in this situation?" and "why are YOU doing this to a cop?" it was refreshing, exactly the right attitude to have, keeping the right perspective and not letting the drunk cop's corruption become contagious

  3. Now Follow Deputy Morriss's Career and find out that it will probably be significantly stunted because he refused to Stand in the Solid Blue Line, with every Cop in Michigan hating him for it. He dared to treat another Brother Cop just like a Piece of Shit Civilian, as they would see it.
