From personal experience I can say that having a gun drawn on you by a cop is a scary and traumatic experience…especially when you haven’t done anything wrong.

So this cop is SO BAD at identifying the proper reported suspect ( a white man from a black man ) then waste so much time holding THE WRONG MAN that he actually allowed the suspect to escape ! He was so EMOTIONALLY CHARGED UP that he caused a BIGGER CRIME by himself than the original call ! The result : he gets himself CANNED from the P. D. and losing police licensing !
