THEY SURE COME UP WITH AN ABUNDANCE OF LAWS TO TRAMPLE OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS .
If nothing happens to the cops why bother showing the video?
The guy filming is acting like a real loser
The only problem I have with this video is the auditor. The cameraman should not have been that rude to the first two cops. It got there because they have no clue what’s going on yet. So me if I was doing the audit, I would’ve told them calmly here’s what I have on video if you’d like to see it Decline the other cop went to talk to the people in the factory store whatever it was and asked the auditor to please not across the parking lot and the people at the building. I think he was very unprofessional the way he talked to that cop. That cop so far had done nothing wrong. Nothing to excite him or hurt him. He was just basically asking while I go talk to this person and get his side of the story, could you please not scream and holler gets escalated and wants to scream and holler back while he’s trying just to get the fax and the order was very rude. The cop just tried to arrest me on public disturbance or whatever he quoted. I’m not saying that his daughter was wrong. I’m just saying would have been nice to that cop. Is it OK? Get his side of story I’ll tell your partner side of the story, I’ll pick up and go from there, but I know a lot of operators like aggravate and escalate things and me that’s not right. You’re trying to get them to do some stupid. Most of them just came a little bit of yourself. I’m talking about the cops.
Ofcourse he resign so he keeps his credentials and pensions. Bet he coasting on free money after fuking up and getting retirement early.
This auditor is an instigator and a bully. He shouldn’t have been arrested but he was insufferable.
So “dems fighting words!” Has a legal precedent
Guarantee, this cop is working for another police department
Got to say that the "auditor" had some bad attitude there. Calling the security guard "fatty" is uncalled for and he immediately showed the cops the same surly attitude.
By being polite yet assertive you're less likely to escalate things, but I guess that doesn't get you clicks.
I wonder if Sgt Morrison was the "her husband" the two clowns refered to calling in the initial interaction before the police showed up.
Regardless of what the cops did wrong, this "auditor" is an absolute fucking piece of shit. Jesus Christ! He's basically strutting around, saying, “Hey! Everybody look at me! Look at what a huge Cunt I am and I dare somebody to do something about it!" Then he plays the victim. Again, I'm absolutely not sticking up for the asshole cop. He deserved to get fired. But yeah, this kid's a shit bag.
You know they deleted that to keep their buddy out of jail that assaulted him
Smh
I would disagree with your B+ rating for Mr. Roberts. He was CLEARLY looking for an altercation and he didn't care WHO it was with. I WOULD agree with the other ratings though.
Resignation is simply easier on everyone, easier to process, cheaper to handle and doesn’t the record that the former employee had violations and wouldn’t be rehireable. The former employee can still lose pension/retirement etc.
so still very damaging to that officer but easier on the department to process their termination.
It’s also nice to see a department say “you can cost us enough already, don’t cause us any more by fighting this”
Well that escalated quickly
These cops need to be charged like any person would be. That would make getting another job in another area very difficult with a record.
It should be a crime for a police officer to initiate a confrontation. If you threaten a cop you can be arrested so, why shouldn't cop be held to the same standard.
I wonder what police department this sgt works for now. I'm sure he does work for one.
Do these people work? Always causing issues.
What is the deal with these people wandering around filming stuff? What an arrogant guy, no matter if he's in the right or not. Loser and totally not a B+ citizen.
Wow that's the first I've ever heard about easement's and public utilities not always being public property!!!
The second incident had the cop closing with the intent to grab him. He never said he was arresting him or detain him thus no resistance.
Says "woah dude" after the guy assaulted the guy with the camera? Are they serious?
