  1. Resisting an UNLAWFUL arrest is legal in most states. If he wasnt speeding and could prove it. This whole interaction is unlawful. If he was speeding. Almost everything proceeding after is lawful. While justice should be found in the court room. Our founding fathers tried that and it failed. Just like a won court case against a police department is just you being given your own tax dollars back. Its a failure of the system and means nothing to them. There is no justice.

  2. He didn’t want him to have that camera because he kept saying put the camera down. If he was speeding why didn’t they enter it in their system? What happened about him being arrested for resisting? All of it to me is bull – fishing because he was big mad- Big liars-

  3. Your information is different from other audit videos, I’ve seen videos that said a cop can not remove you from the car unless they reasonably believe they are in danger. And the other videos say that you can not be arrested for resisting arrest as a primary charge

  4. While police departmemts must make these policies, they dont have to follow them. The constitution means nothing to police or DA's. They continuously get away with breaking the law. Hurting people and disrupting their lives. The rule of law only applies to the poor and minorities. And i have no respect for the supreme court. They give these monsters unchecked power and they are rarely held accountable for their actions. The supreme court has to know the horrible things these people do yet they continue to give them more power. cops rarely are held accoubtable. What is a 3 day suspension compared to losing your freedom, being caged, and being targeted because you are poor or a minority? Do you know how costly one false charge would be to a poor person? Also once you get in their system its difficult to get out of it.

  5. Well luckily in New York in the Long Island area where I'm from and live theres no laws against going 5 miles over the speed limit. I've driven past a cop so many times going 5 miles over and was never pursued and stopped for it. I've never been stopped by the police in my life actually.

  6. If you don't feel safe to get out of your car because of an officer's behavior, you have that right. If he violated a traffic law, then write the offender a citation and move on. In watching these videos on officers who are very undisciplined and unprofessional, the biggest difficulty and disturbing aspect they don't understand is they are violating people's basic civil rights through their own conduct. Because they have a badge, they feel they can do anything, and a citizen just has to comply. An officer has his right to his safety and so do citizens. I have no respect for a lot of these officers in these shows. 6/23/24.

  7. Some cops 👮 escalate situations from 0-100 with two words as if they own the person they are speaking to. Dude I am here to tell you your job and life is on the line F with people. This cop is really stupid he should not be on the street.

  8. This is a perfect example of a police officer that should not be on duty. He has horrible people skills. He is petty and authoritarian. He threatens people with bodily harm to get his way even though the person is simply talking with him. I hope he gets fired. He can go play his tough guy persona in some other profession like maybe a bouncer at the local drunk pub.✌🏼💪🏼🙏🏼
