  1. The civilian WAS being rude by interrupting him (which is a mistake I see often), but the officer could have just left. Depends on if the guy actually was driving recklessly, which we don't have video of.

  2. Sometimes you need to quit while you're ahead. He wasn't even going to get a ticket, but his mouth kept running. Silence is golden.

  3. Wow he wasnt going back and 4th with the officer..he was answering his questions and the guy never had an attitude he said he understood…wow this officer made something out of nothing he could have just gave him a warning from the start!!….dude had no tickets that speaks volumes…i bet they viewed all of his videos and he was wrong in all of them!!!

  4. The more I watch your videos, the more I think that no one can know for sure (at any time) anything they do can be construed as illegal.
The best thing to do is say as little as possible.

  5. Odd… cop seems ok here.
    His action was not retaliatory.
The guy clearly disagreed that he did anything wrong.
Putting it before the courts is prudent in that case as the warning is clearly insufficient in this instance.
Cop properly went with a citation rather than arrest, showing reasonable conduct.

Let the courts hear the citation case.

  6. I find it 100% inline with the usual behavior that "mistreatment" requires the officer "knowingly" violates the law. Ignorance of the law, once again, saves the police while the average citizen has to understand it all.

  7. “I don’t appreciate the attitude” cops shouldn’t treat people like children if they want to be treated with respect
